Established in 2020 as an independent online store in Pakistan. Today, we are widely recognized as an online furniture store across Pakistan. Started with a small workshop based in Lahore. Since then, the products have gained popularity, and the company has received an overwhelming response from the audience in no time.
During the lockdown, many people were faced with sudden unemployment, including myself. I anticipated a financial crisis on the horizon and wanted to do something productive to avert it and keep myself busy. I noticed that in the last few years, online businesses had grown bigger and, because of COVID people would mostly be shopping online. So, I started gathering inspiration and decided that starting a furniture company would bear fruit. When one door closes, another one opens. Nature wanted me to move out of my comfort zone and do something that would spark my creativity and be a source of my livelihood. We plan on doing so much but end up doing very little. I would never have invested in something like this had it not been for my unemployment.
Like numerous people with startup plans, I was intimidated at first as to how I would manage all the expenses and marketing. I had little to no idea about the local furniture markets and labor costs. I needed adroit craftsmen to bring my ideas to life, but I did not know where to look for such skilled laborers. Navigating and searching for the right materials and the right pairs of hands had me searching far and wide in the bustling markets of Lahore. It is easy to fall into despair during times like those, but when there is a will, there is a way.
I would advise young entrepreneurs to leave whatever they are wasting time on, aside, and stick to one goal that has always been pushed to the back of their minds because of one thing and then another.
